100% Satisfaction Guarantee - Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Silly Toast Designs™. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the following guidelines:

Original invoice/receipt for your purchase.

Our Brand Promise - Silly Toast Designs™ Brand products may be exchanged at any time for any reason.

Non-Refundable : Special Order/Custom items and Manufacturer Direct items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon receipt. Pre-Paid Cards such as Gift Cards are non-refundable, and cannot be returned or used to purchase gift cards. Special terms and conditions are included with each card.

Services

If you are ever dissatisfied with the quality of your custom imprinted garment(s), we will "re-print" your garment(s) at no additional cost! This is determined on a case-by-case basis by Silly Toast Designs™ management. If shipping is involved, you will be required for any additional shipping charges whether your are returning the garments to be re-printed or having new, re-printed garments being shipped to you.

Payments

Silly Toast Designs™ requires ALL customer to place a 50% deposit on all orders. We have been burned in the past by a few bad apples. This has forced us to implement this policy. If you are a customer with approved credit, you will still be required to place a 50% deposit on your order and your balance will be due based on the determined NET time period.

All online payments are processed using secure technology. Silly Toast Designs™ DOES NOT store any of your credit card information.

Shipping

When online purchases are made, you, the customer, are required to pay for shipment for your purchase. If at any time your purchase is refunded you are responsible for shipping the product back to Silly Toast Designs™, at your cost. Once Silly Toast Designs™ has receive the product, your refund will be issued.

SUPER FAST TURN-AROUND TIMES - Once your order has been placed with Silly Toast Designs™, it will take approximately 7 to 10 business days (Monday thru Friday, not including weekends & holidays) to process your order, AFTER artwork has been approved. Once your order is fulfilled the order will be shipped via USPS, FED EX or UPS depending on the size and weight of your order.
